We started by building on Saturday's class with the standing v seated guard game.
Next was all about passing the half guard.
As the top person, you first need to get the knee out and then the foot out. Sound simple?
After some time developing skill aquisition, it evolved into adding layers of resistance.
Then it became sparring with narrow rules - pass the half guard for the top player; sweep or take the back for the bottom player.
It was then time for sparring rounds and here is some footage from several of the rounds.
